I do think the password thing is somewhat of a nuisance since you need to change it every ninety days or so and I didn't need a password for QuickBooks 7, but other than that I love it. They determined that there is a conflict with AVG, which I use for virus protection, so I had to turn the AVG off while I changed the password, and then I could turn it right back on. They sent it back to me and I still had issues with the password thing, so I had to call back. I still had issues in that it would not let me change my password, so I called back again and the rep ended up having me send my data to whatever department checks it to make sure it's not corrupted. She downloaded QuickBooks 11 for me and loaded my company onto that, then from there, she was able to load it into the QuickBooks 2019. I ended up calling Intuit's tech support and letting the rep take control of my computer. I rated this 5 stars because purchasing from Amazon was super easy. Truthfully I don't notice any difference between this version and the ones from year's past.
